The camouflaged test mule of the new generation of the Suzuki Swift was spied during testing in Nurburgring.
The 2011 Swift was built on a new platform and will be bigger than current model. The most notable styling changes (those that can be seen on the camouflaged mule) concern the significantly larger headlamps and tail lights.
Suzuki Swift will continue to be offered with a range of small displacement four-cylinder gasoline and diesel engines.
Suzuki is planning to launch the new Swift at the 2010 Paris Motor Show this autumn, with European sales starting shortly after.
U.S. customers may also get new Suzuki as company sources have already confirmed that the new Swift is being developed with United States crash and emissions regulations in mind.
