Here are first official photos of the al-new 2014 Cadillac CTS sedan. The new generation of the Cadillac CTS sports a sleeker, better-proportioned and more dynamic, with finer detailing, especially up front with the tear-drop LED lights.
Inside, the dashboard continues the same styling theme seen on Cadillac’s newer models like the ATS and XTS, with a large capacitive touch screen for the CUE infotainment system, and what looks like a full digital display for the instrument cluster.
The new 2014 Cadillac CTS will ride on a bigger platform and now look like BMW 5-Series and Mercedes-Benz E-Class, instead of being positioned between two categories.
GM promise that the 2014 Cadillac CTS will launch with a choice of three gasoline engines, including a base 2.0-liter turbocharged four with 272 horsepower, a 3.6-liter naturally aspirated V6 producing 321-horses and a brand-new 3.6-liter twin-turbo V6 rated at 420-horsepower. All engines will be combined with an 8-speed automatic transmission for the rear wheels.
