Lexus has unveiled its 450+ horsepower RC F at the Detroit motor. The new RC 350 comes in a new dark red finish that Lexus claims “is made brighter and with more contrast thanks to an entirely new painting process, using a two-color base of both silver and red” with the four coats of paint then baked twice to set the color.
Lexus RC 350 received a 3.5-liter V6 engine teamed with an eight-speed sequential transmission driving the rear wheels.
Jeff Bracken, Lexus Group Vice President and General Manager, said the automaker expects to sell around 200 RC Fs and 1,200 RC 350s each month, after they both go on sale in the U.S. this fall.
